Buffalo Bill's Registry Signature Walk

On June 20, 2003, the first section of Buffalo Bill's Registry Signature Walk was unveiled. Each year more signatures will be added until the entire front walkway is paved with personalized stones.

You can have your signature carved into a 5" x 14" limestone slab, to be added to our walkway next spring. Cost is $300 for one line of text, and $25 for each additional line. Call 307-674-5440 or stop by the Inn to receive a signature form. Then sign your name, date, or message, and return it as soon as possible so that we can add your stone this year.

Be a permanent part of the future of the Inn! All proceeds benefit the Sheridan Heritage Center. Contributions are tax deductible.

Sheridan Inn Gable Society

In 1949 the Sheridan Inn was named "The House of 69 Gables" by Ripley’s Believe It or Not.

In honor of this designation, the Sheridan Heritage Center Board established the Sheridan Inn Gable Society in August of 1998. The purpose of the Society was to raise money to make payments to the State Farm Loan Board on a ten year loan to purchase the building and with any remaining funds, establish an Endowment fund. The remaining funds have established an Endowment fund for the preservation of the Inn. The first 40 Gables were sponsored by local citizens.

Calling All Volunteers!

We are already making plans for next year's Buffalo Bill Days, and we are in need of volunteers! No special skills are required, just a willingness to work hard and contribute time and effort! We need everyone from horse wranglers to fund-raisers. Call Edre at 307-674-5440.   Or email the Inn.
